where are "lateka resin" (build a boat /side quest of dogi)???

in early part of the game, dogi needs 3 lateka resin so he can build a boat whatever. but i couldnt find it in anywhere . now i have explorered 27% of the whole map and that quest ended up with being labeled as "failed" i may have to reload last save but still no idea of where i can get that item. help me

Quest have 3 type of time
Short: the quest will end when you advance the story (like rescue another person)
Medium: last for whole chapter
Long: last a few chapter or to chapter 5

And the resin is drop from the harvest point, open the map and look for tree type harvest point icon, you can check if those note have it or not that way
