Best level up spot to reach level 99? (Super Spoilers)

Don't come here if you don't want spoilers!

I'm not saying this is the 100% best spot. But it's the best I found. Please fill me in on how/were you leveled to 99? You can do it in different spots so I'm guessing some of us will have different answers. I'm playing on Normal.

I reach level 99 with every character at Former Sancuary Crypt post final boss. On F5 right before the zone point to the Final Floor that leads up the final boss of Sancuary Crypt. The monster in the final area do give good exp. But take so much longer to kill in my opinion. I was able to level all charachters from 93 to 99 in about 1 hour time. I also used the best EXP increase meal. But even without that you can still do this in about 2 hours time.

Your going to want to fight Zokru and Zokumethus and than re-zone at the top of the stairs and rinse and repeat. So you will find multiple sets of stairs covered in Zokru and Zokumethus right before the zone to the final area. The zone will respawn the monsters.
