Game Freezing When Looking Around on Scylla

Haven't had any problems so far with the game, but once landing on Scylla's landing pad, when I start turning my camera to the sides, my game freezes and I have to shut it down via task manager. Is there a fix for this?

Reinstalling the game didn't work and when I've tried turning down my graphical settings since they're at max, the game freezes just the same.

Updated graphic drivers fixed it. Only 4 months out of date, but that appeared to be the problem.
