Any games similar to Outer Worlds

Borderlands in some way. You also land on alien planet thats being a dumpster of humanity and wreak havoc. Only Borderlands shooting mechanics are more arcade.

Fallout 3.. Fallout New Vegas.. Fallout 4 and Fallout 76.. all similar and most made by Obsidian as well as OW... All can use mod's except FO76

Fallouts are almost always mentioned but even with copy-pasted locations the feeling is too different. "OW" has nothing on "Fallout" series vibes - from construction of environment to dynamics. Obsidian wanted to ride on their past to sell "OW" but it backfired in the end.

I don't know, there aren't that many submediocre attempts at making a Fallout-like but failing in Unreal Engine that are also queer and constantly lecturing you about proper behaviours
the closest things similar to TOW would be something like DA: Veilguard, unironically
