City and the Stars - Carmen Imagawa dialogue problem.

Asked Carmen to smuggle me onto a ship to get the dimethyl etc. She leads me to the back of the space port where a sealed door is grafted onto a shipping container. So I enter, die and the restarting position is outside the shipping container with no door and when I go to Carmen there's no dialogue option to restart the mission.

Is there a way to trick the game into offering it again? Is there a console command?
