Gorgan - The Electric Fling - is NTVUR Bugged?

Hi,

I have got to the end of this Side Quest and without giving to much away one potential ending is to interact with NTVUR.

But when I try I can't. Anyone else seeing this problem, more importantly does anyone know a solution.

From what I have read the bug may have been introduced by the second DLC.

It's mid-way through 2023 and I'm necro'ing to say:
♥♥♥♥ this game and ♥♥♥♥ Obsidian. Any respect I once had for your company is dead because it's been two years but the bug is still alive, as well as a host of others.

It is a matter of record that this issue made it to the dev team and they did ♥♥♥♥ all with it.

I'd forgive this oversight but my frustration with this game has been steadily mounting as I'm asked to brush off more and more bugs as well as glaringly-stupid design decisions.

The whole game is half-assed from front to back. New Vegas was a fluke. Never trusting Obsidian again.

It is 2023 09 14... And guess what, still bugged. So I don't need to return in the future, I say "The year is 3042... I have just repaired an ancient computational device, and booted up an entertainment application.. .a game... it is designated The Outer Worlds... I have adventured through a location called "Gorgon" a laboratory complex upon an asteroid... And discovered to my horror that a bug, a flaw, is present, in the mission Electric Fling, which locks me out of getting the unique wilderness armour... I am dismayed"

Yep, that bug was never fixed, and never will be. At least it isn't a game breaker..

11/10/2023. Here is the deal. I finished the quest on my first run. I don't remember running into Georgie. on my second run I wanted to play the game again (after finishing it ) to get a better ending. I killed someone on Terra 2 and was forced to kill everyone in the city and it came up when I finished the game. I got Georgie in my quest and it is bugged. weird that on the second time it became bugged?
