My XBOX pass folder was located at %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\

"The Outer Worlds Windows 10\<MYGAMERTAG>" was the old saved games folder

"The Outer Worlds" was the new folder (in the same folder I posted at the top)

I just copy and pasted everything from inside of <MYGAMERTAG>

into the new folder, and it worked fine.
