It states that most games do what you said in fullscreen. Then the 3rd paragraph mentioned how most games handle the borderless things.
And then the 4th paragraph was the statement "Not this game thou!", so this happens in all modes. So that's weird. :/
Windowed, Windowed Borderless AND Fullscreen.
After reading other posts I've also turned off the Discord overlay,
and turned of the Origin overlay (because I have the same issue with Jedi: Fallen Order)
Unplugged any handcontrollers I have.
Restarted the computer afterwards.
And there was some other fix I tried too, but I've forgotten which one it was otherwise I'd mention that too. XD
Eventually I got bothered and decided to try Jedi: Fallen Order instead... and had the very same issue.... >_>
So I thought "maybe something messed up on my end with -all- fps games in general?".
But after a quick test by starting a bunch of other first and third person games I have.... that wasn't the case, as all the other games works as intended. It's only these two games. :/
Only difference between these two is that, while it's hard to find, at least I do find posts about it on google, but without solutions. For the Fallen Order I don't find a single post about it. x)
But here is hoping that I can find some way to make it work, without totally shutting away chrome access on the other monitor for instance. So turning the monitor of or unplugging it isn't really going to help me. x)
Worst case scenario I'll just need to have the Mouse Without Borders program open in the background, so when I want to play the game I turn it off so it's just that computers monitor, and when I need to access Chrome I'll have to alt-tab to the program, turn it on, and then go to the chrome on the other computers monitor.. and then turn it off again when I'm back to the game....
That should work, but will also be absolutely cumbersome and not a good solution at all. :P

But not sure it is available from the author, so be careful where to download. I may have an old install copy somewhere...
Otherwise I could just temporarily disconnect Mouse Without Borders in the background when I'm playing, and the alt-tab to reconnect whenever I need the separate monitor.
I'm hoping for some fix to make it work like most "normal" games where the invisible mouse-lookaround thing is locked but not when I'm in menus and stuff. :)
