(Mission spoiler) How do I get the Byzantium 5-0 off me?

Let's just say I had no choice but to shoot my way out of minister Clarke's residence. Because I fought the corp troopers while I wasn't disguised, they now have it out for me city-wide. I left Byzantium and did all the other missions I had left, which was only a day or two. Then I returned to Byzantium and slept for 72 hours. But they're still showing as hostile.

I have to get them to stop being hostile, because my next mission is to sneak into the Board headquarters. Since there are guards right inside the door, I don't see any way to complete the mission.

So how do I get them to stop being hostile?

Happened to me at one point, I ended up killing all the UDL troopers in Byzantium. Only way to make them like you is probably by increasing board reputation(doing pro board missions) and stay away from Byzantium. Thats all I can think of,... apart from console commands...

Can you get to the backdoor through the maintenance tunnels and then sneak around behind them?

the maintenance tunnels come out in the street where the guards are that protect the HQ. Maybe you can sneak behind them, you'll still have to fight them inside. Never tried that Unless you side with the board, killing the UDL troopers wont affect the rest of the game, if thats what you are worried about.
But if you have done all other quests, then going to an earlier savegame may be the only way, sorry.

Excuse me, what console command would you recommend to reduce negative reputation?

AddPositiveReputation_Debug or SetPositiveReputation_Debug should do it, though I havent used console commands myself. So you may have to fiddle with it

Well, I realized the corporate troopers probably wouldn't ever accept me again, so I went on a rampage through Byzantium. Now the Board hates my stinkin' guts, but I've accepted that. :)

Kill everybody in Byzantium. Then you are free to move around as you please. Kill the civilians for the bits too.
