Will it feature space battles and real-time planet landing?
Regardless of ambitions-from Obsidian's side I mean-they don't propably have neither the experience to design space battles of any scale-just my two cents tbh-and such an element might blew game's budget to the stars, so publisher's response would be negative.
But of course, it would be incredible if it happened.
The game centers around two planets, each is made up of several non-linear areas (hub style). You can also explore the interior of your ship, but you can't pilot it; it's basically just your house/storage and how you travel between certain areas (i.e. theres no flying or space battles)
With the exception that OWs having two fleshed out planets + space stations instead of flying throughout the galaxy to visit a single city on numerous planets.
I haven't seen anything about Space Stations in the articles i've been reading. What site did you see it on?
"In addition to these two planets, players can explore several moons, asteroids, and space stations spread across Halcyon."
