What are these two numbers in the character and inventory screens?

In the very upper left, there is your level as a large number. Then your name next to it, with your money and encumbrance below your name.

Then, below that are two numbers, one with a pistol icon, and the other with an armor looking icon. What do these two numbers represent, please?

Armor Parts and Weapon parts. The 'currency' you use to repair your gear.

Oh! Very useful. The game is brilliant, but some of the HUD stuff is unexplained.

My other question is what is the bar to the right of the purple QTD bar? So far, it hasn't done anything, but I'm wondering what it's for.
