Rough.
Game doesn't work for me.
The game is FPP. Where do you get to see your character's face/body throughout the game?
You only see your character in the menu and if stand idle for awhile, so there isn't going to be a real close up during a conversation were you see your character and realize you made a huge mistake.
I tried making faces for both genders, felt the male had better options and just went with the preset I found the best looking in my option and fiddled around with the sliders for a bit.
I cannot recall exactly what I used though so I cannot really help there.
I'm coming from the debate about FPP vs TPP in RPG's. In CP2077, you are still FPP in cutscenes. Everybody's wondering how you are going to see your character in game.
I know next up I'd want to disable head bob and Chromatic aberration. Those two effects don't make the game unplayable, but make most games worse as a result. Since the game is unmoddable, there's a high chance I wouldn't finish it.

Hair styles. The men and women share the same hair styles. There's 10 women and 20 men hair styles. 8/10 women's hair have their hair pulled back. 0/10 women's hair styles are down to their shoulders, you know, like irl. If the intention was to convince us that these are militaristic women, the intro didn't do so, how are women gamers supposed to rp? The only thing I learned from the cinematic up until character creation is that I was a citizen that went into hibernation, that's all.
Next is the faces. Clearly there's some behind the scenes masculine/femenine slider, as in dark souls, that they used to easily create these horrible presets. Switching between male/femal with each of the presets show that the male preset shares femine characacteristics, and vice versa. Lazy! Let's talk about choices. For male, let's select hair style 29/30, the shaved hair look. Some are clearly female. All have some form of feminine feature, even if that feature is 'blended' with a male feature. The one one that closely resembles an Earthborn ♥♥♥♥ Sapien is Head 3/15. But he's got this constipated emotion that you can't wipe off.
Next look at female faces. Choose Hair Style 15/30. The only Earthborn ♥♥♥♥ Sapien option, again, is Head 3/15.
This character creator is trash and whoever made it should be ashamed. I hope this tool wasn't used to design the NPC's in game. God help us if it was.
tl;dr
Pick Head 3/15
The eyes aren't centered properly for head 3/15. irl, pupils are midway between top and bottom of head. Need to set Eye Vertical to 1/21, thus also need to lower Nose Vertical to 1/21.
The rest of the options they give to fix the face really don't help
