I don't agree. Maybe towards "teens" but not kids. I reckon the main demographic is 14-25 and then because of its "RP" features and similarity to their other games, the old RPG gamers

It reaches PEGI's highest but not ESRB's. And ESRB rating is much more important for retailers like steam, gamestop, epic...

Some AO developers won't animate graphic depiction of death with children, as well.
