they really had to increase SMG hip fire accuracy r u kidding me? people will be running around hip firing you and owning you because they dont have to stop to aim if u run a AR and stop to ADS you will already be dead and hip fire on ARs should also get that same 30-40% increased accuracy makes no sense to keep buffing SMGs they are already insane up close... UMP you literally shoot people in the legs and they die so fast its a joke
