again; we are playing PUBG. if you get unlucky while your opponent gets lucky, then that is literally what PUBG is -- you will never know for sure what you will get even when dropping hot in a place with good loot. that's the whole point of the game; you forgot the fact that this is an RNG battle royale and not something where you can automatically get the weapon set you want. if you die, LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKE/MISFORTUNE and then try again. this is PUBG

HOWEVER
you should be quick enough to decide that you should RUN out of there as soon as you see no weapons. this has happened to me many times; sometimes i died and sometimes i lived. that's literally what PUBG is. if you complain about the very core aspect of this game (dropping + randomly generated loot), then you won't get better at this game. learn to live to fight another time

IMPORTANT:
you have to find ways to work around your misfortune and simply survive. i do this often and it's incredbly fun and it opens up a whole new perspective to the game people ignore

personally, it's as if some player want nothing more than their enemies to kneel in front of them for an easy kill

TO FINALLY ANSWER YOUR QUESTION:
i will take that lvl3 bag and get out of there and try to survive any way i can; which simply just means going to another building and getting a weapon or getting a car and getting out if there. IT'S AS EASY AS THAT.
if i die, then i will go back to the lobby and try again. if i survive, then i will move on closer to the circle. i would feel great regardless because i am glad to play such an unscripted, improvisational game

look I'm neither pro nor so noob in this game, i can take out any enemy depending on my network, in game place, weapon, time and even in bare hands if enemy has not enough experience or good weapons.

and tell who the hell you are that you say to me learn to fight and live, listen I have seen a very huge jump from my early days and till now, from ultra noob to squad leader, from embarrassing death to glorious victory, from very hard match to easy winning and no one was with me in my early gaming days i made my first friend when i was level 56 in game.

i know loots spawns in random places without certainity, I'm just saying there should be no useless stuff like binocular, shield, weird backpack, drones etc.
there should be useful items, i never get disappointed if I'm holding a pistol and somebody kills me with an AR, and i can't accept death like cowards i rarely escape from mess. just conquere the landing spot or die while fighting with opponent. i don't fear whatever they are using i just afraid of bots and cheaters
