How do you play this broken game?

After the latest update, the game works like complete garbage. Sometimes you launch the game, and it feels like it’s running at 30 FPS with stutters, like on the broken Sanhok map, but now it’s like that on all the maps. I thought the issue was with the servers, since I saw complaints about them, but then I accidentally discovered that the problem is with the game itself and It can be fixed by restarting the game, sometimes on the 2nd or 3rd attempt, which takes a lot of time considering that after launching, the game still needs about 5 minutes to stop fully loading the CPU at 100%. In short, it’s just torture.

After I start the game I open Task Manager and set the "Priority" of the game process "TslGame.exe" (the one with higher CPU usage/Memory use) to "Below normal" and the 100% CPU usage solves itself (but it still may stutter/lag in the first few minutes, maybe up to 5 minutes.) After about 5 minutes, I set the priority back to "Normal" or "High".

The ranking system is completely erratic. I can go 10 games without a kill then suddenly 15 in a game. I dont mind bots cause I play for fun but it is no fun anymore - cheats are starting to increase beyond the odd one here and there to every other game. Aim hacks mostly (or the replay is out of sync but no feedback loop to know which it is). A fun game being ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over by the apparent give a ♥♥♥♥ attitude of the developers, or they just focus on the high end gamers' cause that's where the money is which means player like me a re ♥♥♥♥♥♥ anyway. Who gives a ♥♥♥♥ about a tournament in Korea? Cant wait for something else with the graphics and game play but without the cheats and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rankings system

So here's the thing - because the ranking system is so bad I have seen a pattern where I get my arse handed to me 10-15 times occasionally I sneak a kill in but more often just get killed (often by an aim hack). Then suddenly bots everywhere and I can get 10 - 15 kills for 5 or 6 games in a row. My first 30 seasons worked up to a kill ratio of 5:1 and I would get 10 -20 wins over a couple of hundred games. I dont mind wasting bots - Im notin it for money or fame, just fun & distraction.
Keen to find a game which has similar game play but NO ♥♥♥♥♥♥ RANKING SYSTEM and
Far less CHEATS and a management team who don't ♥♥♥♥ around with temp bans but permanently lock cheaters out.
Can imagine the logic of not wanting to stamp these few out to keep the majority of players interested and happy with the game play.
