Purchased starter pack but didn't receive all the items

I recently purchased the 2 dollars started pack that gives out a basic outfit, 500 G coin, 50 contraband coupons and some BP points and I haven't received the BP and contraband coupons, is this a common issue? I'm guessing it's too late to refund the purchase once it's done in-game. Thanks in advance.

Check on this from the lobby:

1. Go to Customize

2. Select Utility

Check in here that there's not a box that you need to open to get these items. Sometimes they deliver stuff like this (yes it's confusing) so they might be in there.
