I have a problem when playing game after pubg upgrade July. Crash always pop-up and out game every 10-15 min. My computer have VGA RX5700 XT/ I5-11400F/ 16G RAM. I have never had this error before, I tried verify files. reinstall, move another Disk, no hope :((

Deactivate Windows game bar and close all third party apps as a test, including Discord, MSI Afterburner etc.

Windows button + i /gaming and deactivate game bar & recording.

Open your search bar of Windows and write, cmd and open it pls with rights of admin. Now write sfc /scannow.

It's the repair tool of Windows for corrupt data.

Upgrade your drivers and if it still persist, reinstall the game clean please.

Uninstall/reinstall PUBG
Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions aren’t set correctly, or certain aspects of the game aren’t installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.



1 Uninstall PUBG

Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A windows will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete

2 Remove associated files

Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame, WELLBIA, Battleeye
Navigate to Program C:\Program Files and look for the same folders and delete them
Navigate to Program Files\Common Files and delete the PUBG and UNCHEATER folder
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam

3 Reinstall PUBG
