More info here on VAC bans https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/647C-5CC1-7EA9-3C29
(VAC bans cannot be appealed. If a VAC ban is issued incorrectly it will be automatically removed after investigation, but Steam Support does not manually remove VAC bans applied to accounts for any reason.)
It's a time ban for further investigations you are not permanent banned.
The only thing you can do is contacting the support and ask for help.
Google PUBG support.
In the 2d replays, whenever a player looks directly at another player, it pings the two dots. Your dot pings CONSTANTLY on people through multiple buildings where there's no LoS.
Your permanent ban is deserved. Any type of program or enhancement that gives you an advantage over other players is cheating. The fact that you were blatantly cheating and got caught and then came here whining about it shows the world the mentality of cheaters. No one here feels sorry for you. God bless the 2D replay.
I literally own the game from 2018, i have like 50 hours and suddenly i am cheating using your hacks that i am hearing for the first time. I literally won my first game ever yesterday because for the other 50 hours when i played years ago i was always against campers and a low end pc.
I am honestly telling you the kills i got were most likely bots because they were literally out in the open waiting for me to shoot them from a house. Cmon

Hardly the stats of a cheater
You owned/played the game in 2018. This is where the bulk of the games are.
You started playing the game again 15 days ago, and have played 31 matches (not 10 as you originally said). Lifetime matches is indeed 136, but lets assume you meant you'd only played 10 recently and got banned, you are not telling the truth as you played 31, which is 3 x the amount you said.
Looking at the recent matches you did play I see you started in duo's teaming up with a random partner. You played 5 matches in a row and did not do a single point of damage in any of them to players or bots. You got 0 kills.
You then swapped to Solo mode, and played 7 solo matches earning just 1 kill on the last one you played. The first 6 you played, you once again got 0 kills on players/bots. You at least managed to do a small amount of damage on a couple of games.
You then moved to Squad games, the first 15 Squad matches in a row you failed to do any damage and get any kills. Your squad carried you to victory twice in these matches.
Finally, the last 4 Squad games, you got 3, 1, 8 and 2 kills. A total of 14 kills in 4 matches, despite only getting 1 kill in the previous 27 matches.
Using the 2D replay, I reviewed your earlier matches where you got 0 damage and 0 kills. On almost every one of those, you exit the plane and land and stay still until the blue zone kills you or until another player spots and kills you. It simply looks like you are afk (although you do exit the plane) and deliberately die.
What is the purpose of this? Why are you deliberately tanking match after match? This does not look like the play of a regular human player.
I sold my old LOW END PC so before selling it to a friend i tested how it would RUN in 2024 with a new SSD and RAM since 2018. I was running not even playing. Yesterday i played on my new PC.
I get that you would think that everyone that has been banned must be cheating cause i saw that thousands get banned weekly. I experience cheaters every second game on CS2 and i hate them. And also if i cheated of course i would use a freshly new account cause PUBG is free now.
I literally only had Discord, Spotify and MSI Afterburner for fan curves in the background.
I sent appeals to PUBG, if this is how it ends. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unreal
Yes, you have been banned for cheating and your gameplay and history is very suspicious.
From PUBG's perspective, how does it look for them if there's an account that hasn't been used for years, then has a heap of games where they do no damange, and then all of a sudden starts killing players and winning matches.
It fits the profile of a player that has enabled cheats on their account.
What I'm suprised about is that they did a permaban straight away without even doing any temp bans. Normally they give the benefit of the doubt multiple times to warn you.
PUBG have a ban appeal process. Good luck with it.
