Virus? Avg shut down the game while playing

When playing PUBG the game was suddenly shut down and i het this message by AVG antivirus

We have put TslGame.exe in quarantine because it was infected with IDP.Generic


What do i do? It had problems on the usual game m.2 ssd so i reinstalled it on another m.2

I have never had this problem...


Can i just uninstall the antivirus program and keep playing?

You don't need to remove your anti-virus, just set an exception for PUBG to it.

I remived it and got a new antivirus named eset

Well, just remember it the next time if you have a case like that.

Google, "How to set an exception Eset", etc.

I tried but it made a mess lol

Maybe in AVG but it works in most better antivirus software.

I've zero problems in Bitdefender with it.
