Yes, honestly, when I try to reinstall it again, they want me to deactivate my settings in the windows defender. It was something called like hardware enforced stack protection. Even though I disable it, it still won't run.

Press win+R on the desktop, then enter tpm.msc, clear TPM after entering, and then restart the computer.

I find way to solve this problem on windows11. Go to "Windows Security" -> "Device Security" -> "Core Isolation Details". Find "Kernel-Mode hardware-enforced Stack Protection" and turn it off. Then restart your computer and start the game. It worked for me.

Have you restart your computer after turning of "Kernel-Mode hardware-enforced Stack Protection"? Have you tried to reinstall PUBG anticheat? Maybe it can help you. Try in you don`t. As i understand the problem existed because windows security system blocks driver "navagio.sys" that is necessary for working of PUBG anticheat (in my case the problem existed because of this reason)
