Does reporting players for griefing do anything?
Do players who kill their own team mates get punished after being reported?
Today a team mate killed me intentionally and then took my bluechip and refused to revive me then threw away my bluechip. He ruined my whole game.

I even reported him to support via the chatbot feature.

killing own team mate gets logged in the system. They get reported and punished, absolutely. But if they do it like 3 max times a week, theyre safe

I've RARELY run into team killers in game - but this past week there were 2. I reported both incidents and only one was temp banned. The one that was temp banned - TK our entire squad. So the amount of TK probably matters.

Then that means they don't get any punishment and get away with it easily.
I got a reply from support and they asked me for an entire video footage which would take a lot of time and too much effort just to sort out 1 team killer.

What is the in-game report button for? Absolutely useless.

The matchmaking has changed in the last few months, so I no longer have to play with Russians.

As a result, the teamkill rate has dropped to zero

Isn't fighting and killing people in Ukraine enough for them?

Yes.
If they feel like doing something they give a temp ban.

Yes it does. You get lower player karma for one when you get reported enough times. Also you can be banned for it. Temporarily at first. Then it goes to longer and eventually permanent bans.
7 Day temporary ban is all you get! That other Andrew Rusher my cousin is on as 7 day temporary ban for killing a bunch of communist teammates!

Get rid of 3 day temporary bans for cheating and perma ban them or stop complaining about team killers!

I hope it was me that wiped out your entire team!
7 Day temporary bans for team killing (NO PERMANENT) which I'm happy for!

3 Day temporary bans for cheating (NO PERMANENT) which I despise....

If 50%+ players didn't want to cheat and game companies didn't pander to them I would stop team killing...which I used to despise TK'ers....until cheaters took over! It was the cheaters that used to TK when they were the minority..now they are the majority so turn-about is fair play!

If it helps, I have reported cheaters and they have been permanently banned.
