Stuck on update
If any of you is stuck on UPDATE with no network flow. (Windows 11 latest update 09/04/2025)
Please consider to add STEAM LIBRARY folder as WINDOWS DEFENDER exclusion.
And restart Steam.

If it doesn't work, just disable entirely Windows Defender and restart Steam.
