My PUBG Won't launch

my pubg won't launch after i check integrity files, reinstall pubg, turn off my antivirus, turn off my firewall, change the permission in every application files, tries vpn, update nvdia driver but still won't launch. The error log are "Windows cannot Access the specified device, path or file, you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" and the battleye launcher window pop out, showing the log said -starting battleye service > Launching game > Failed to launch game. please help :(
