Report a translation problem
In the past i was starting to believe too that the whole game was just infested with a bunch of cheaters.
But thanks to the devs, not adding any warning or reminder that tells you not to report those people you see in the deathcam, i can only imagine the sheer amount of false reports "Krafton Inc." receives due to their lack of information on the capabilities of the deathcam.
Honestly, i really think that this is a bigger problem, than people are usually talking about.
In my opinion the devs should either rework the deathcam entirely or remove it from the game, because most people exclusively use it to determine if their killer was a cheater...

All information is sent to the replay they work...no where does Krafton say they aren't....proof krafton said it or it didn't happen...

You got strong opinions for someone with a cheater like steam profile :D
Teamkiller profile..7 day team kill bans cheaters only receive 3 day temp bans! Find me a NEW PROFILE that shows a VAC BAN on it...and why did they merge GAME, VAC and ECONOMY DAYS "days since last ban" so they don't show individually anymore and added ECONOMY and GAME bans to the VAC LIST website which should only be for VAC? Why can't you find any VAC ban accounts in 3+ years only game and economy bans?
Also if I was a "cheater" that would be a "cheater" snitching on other cheaters wouldn't it be? Because I gave proof REPLAYS DO WORK!
You can prove this yourself by watching rag-doll effects. The game records that a rag-doll action occurs, but each time you replay a player rag-dolling, it's a different animation.
I think it does a pretty good job all things considering.
However, there's some limitations as per what those have noted above. The regular player isn't going to be aware of these and will think instantly that they are being cheated if they don't understand what those limitations are. Even experienced users of the replay can get false positives from time to time due to the way it works.
Krafton could do more to tighten the replay function and make it better.
A small thing I'd like to see is the markers players put down in live matches also show up on the replay. It would help me know if they are putting down a marker for unseen enemies for their team mates to notice.
It's far from broken or totally useless. Krafton have reporting from it for both aim locking onto targets (aimbot) and no recoil. If it wasn't useful it would have been removed as a reporting option long ago. Both of these can come through on the replay, but it does make it hard to tell from legit players sometimes. Only the most blatant/obvious ones really show up, which means that a lot that are likely using cheats get missed.
