I still remember this nonsense calling us xenophobic, while in reality it is us who were and still are victims of their so called culture of cheating.
You would be surprised how much time they actually stole from us.
Someone should go in jail + hard forced labor for that.
Also I do believe some people don't see cheaters only because they are lucky not to play vs assians.
Yes there should be collective punishment, if it was ok to ban Russian Federation from Olympics due to doping situation, I'm completely fine with cutting cheater countries from online gaming.
After all simply it is not normal to play with 200+ ping.
