EU FRANKFURT SERVER DOWN/ISSUES

some days ago i realized my ping went from 30-40ms to 70-80ms , is frankfurt (germany) server down ? all pubg connections are redirecting to Ireland server , wich is top north on europe and affects all southern connections such south italy spain and middle east. anyone can confirm when you gonna fix it again ?

Exactly, i've been experiencing the same issues since like 1-2 weeks ago. A few days after the 8th anniversary patch was released.

Used to have 23-35ms ping games and now I have 45-80ms ping games, It depends, but I used to have consistent 23-35 and now lowest is 45 and normally its higher.

Glad you tracked the issue, I talked with my ISP and was reverting configs on my pc and getting really frustrated about it...

PUBG please address Frankfurt server issues!!!

Yes its working, this only means you will have higher ping as you will connect to other servers instead of EU Frankfurt Central server.

Don’t think that routing is correct considering irish players have raised concerns about 80 ms and I’m UK based with 40-60 nowadays instead of the usual 15ms

Probably Irish servers are cheap and bad, I don't know. But Frankfurt servers are still down, 25 days and counting, since March 25th.

(who in his right mind want to play and more importantly is willing to do micro-transactions on an infested game without necessary action taken by the company's board)

1+2 = consolidation (merging server) due to reduction in cost, with the result we are experiencing. and there u go!

Its really bad that they merged it to the worse location for most of the EU playerbase. Not my words, they said it when they opened EU Central (frankfurt) servers.

But its even worse they haven't acknowledged or made and statment about it either. When they opened the servers they did an announcement well enough.

celebrating stuff is one thing, cuz: 'bUisNesS iS gROwiNg". But would you, as a stock-exchange traded company (and more so as an asian one, where failure equals a 'face loss' which is more severe) openly admit that you fgged up big time and therefore u have to reverse-uno? Since one month and a half approximately my ping went up 20-39 (ping 60-79). Since a few days ago, my ping lowered to 50-60 in some games which is better, but not as good as the usual 40-50, however sometimes the ping goes back to the usual 70-79.

When I started playing pubg 2 years ago I think, the first months I would have also 70-80.
Using a vpn with Frankfurt server solved the problems (because from France to Germany it would seem packets would be deflected) until I got 40-50 without using it, months later. Now using Frankfurt vpn server does not seem to make any change, but I hope ping stabilizes and does not go up and maybe goes down to the usual 40-50 eventually.
