Nickname problem

hello! i can t choose a nickname and play the game.....any nickname i choose say "prohibited nickname" .........

If you're using spaces you have to use an underline in place of the space. Example "The Terminator" will not work but "The_Terminator" will.

I can t select any username. 2 hours trying and nothing…….

That's strange, maybe send the company an email to see if they can help. I just recently changed my username a few days ago for the first time and it worked fine. It rejected my first attempt due to spaces but when I added underlines instead of spaces, worked first time.
