Yes, replay has some flaws, but used properly it is very useful in exposing obvious cheaters.

When you get to see iron clad examples of cheating via the replay, it isn't that hard to sort out the desync from actual cheating when it's encountered.

You can hope. They have admitted desynch with 6x and 8x scopes. So I woudl not be surprised if there is a bunch more they have not said.
