even in Tarkov, nerf was made 4 years ago, at least, but there is no heating, and thank God, even though there are RGD and RGN, they are very rare and not sold, and VOG is too expensive.

most players do that, 80-120 ammo.3 meds, 5 bandages, 2 pains, 2-6 enegry, and whole backpack nades
