What is "PUBG: Experimental Server & PUBG: Test Server"?

I am a new player, I played the game once in the past. I see additionally to the main game I have 2 more games in my library Experimental Server and Test Server.
Please can someone explain why they are there, what they are used for and what I can get out of them? Are they any useful, do they offer something cool, why do they exist?

they used to push new maps and modes on a beta server but it's offline so ignore

Thanks for the reply. Actually I was hoping for a more detailed answer. Why do millions of players have these 2 things in their library? There must be some reasoning or purpose? I mean even 34GB this Experimental server has? Why not just using the main game and make the beta things available for people to test there? If they are dead, they would have been removed from peoples librarys right?

Just read the dev notes, theyre not inted to use test or experimental server for now.
