How do people tank so much damage?

I just shot a guy from 10 meters with ACE, all chest shots according to match history, 4 hits, 40 damage, is this normal? People cheese me down even with lv.3 armor in 2 seconds.

Didnt know health enhancement cheat exists, does it give insane amout of damage reduction or just enough so its not detected easily? Too many times people take hits like its nothing. I play maybe 15 matches a day and in 3-5 i meet people who tank bullets like crazy.

i`m dying faster than others, by two-three hits (my ping 120ms)
P.S. my damage always unregistered if player have more faster connection than my, thats normal for PUBG D:

Yea i die in 2 seconds most of the time, even from 30 meter sprays.

Since there does not to be any control on matching it is easy to be matched with players have a high ping. Players with a high ping have an unfair advantage because what you see is a delay in their movement (i.e., they are not where you see them). Most of your shots end up missing. I have unloaded entire clips on players and they are not even knocked. Because of your lower ping they can shoot you more accurately.
Until they match players with similar ping, those with a lower ping will always have the advantage.
PS my ping is 35-45ms and wish I could figure out how to make it lower (maybe figure out how to switch servers?)

this applies to any other game and that is how it should be.

in this game it is the other way around! people were complaing about that since 2018.

in pubg any1 with a ping higher than 150 has an advantage over people with a lower ping. they see you first and they obliterate you in 0.02 seconds. sometimes you even hear "unnatural" gunshots (way to fast) before you die.

i have a ping of 12 - 16ms and i get obliterated in less than tenths of a second.

as always pubg is something special, and since 2018 nothin has been done against it.

P.S.: and on top of that there HAVE NEVER EVER EVER EVER been so many cheaters like at the moment.

@Adler - sounds like we are saying the same but differently...lol. They see a more accurate position of where you are in the map but those with faster ping have a less accurate time of seeing them because they are delayed in our view.
PUBG mobile brought out regional servers. Sadly it was another Dev failure. Rather than forcing player to the closest server they let you choose which global server you wanted to play. Not to be slanderous but Koreans are getting a bad rep for being incompetent,
PS played mobile for years and switched over to PC. See the same 5hit in different piles multiple times.

This is the reason TGLTN never plays on ping. He is so good at PUBG, but he gets destroyed from enemies with 300+ ping. They take close to zero damage. PUBG has very bad netcode, simply put.

Those are cheaters who work for krafton/tencent and they have access to the code.
They put cheat code into the game and they run it on their pc using cheats which they created.

Bruhh I hit that guy with mk12 5 times (100meters) after match got only 44 damage, at first I thought it was because my ping is sucks... but I don't think so now not only that their health is much more than me but regenerative also faster than me within the same time period

i just wanted to point out, that in this game people with high ping have a better playground than in most other games.
