PUBG HIGH PACKET LOSS AND HIGH PING WITHOUT INTERNET PROBLEM

specs: i5,invidia 1650 ,8 ram ,wifi-6,gaming laptop
ultra everything (it happens even if i have extreme low graphics)
when i ender game like plane or fisrt land it reaches 4000ms AND 18% packet loss but after few mins everything runs fine....any suggestions???????
