Is the cheating issue as bad as it seems?

Lots of negative reviews on hackers and cheaters but sometimes I'm watching a pubg stream and never see hackers on it. I'm feeling I want to try the game but the way it's being portrayed is that I'll be running into cheaters every single match. Also I'll be likely playing solos or duos, does that have ranked and is there actual official bots that are used to fill up games? TY

i know how m4 shot, and i know 6x scope it's a trap for cheaters, they put it on a auto rifle and they dig them grave with their hands. Usually when i don't find dmr or sniper i put 6x on the AKM in single shot, but shot in auto with a 6x man... i know what's is possibile, and that thing only with macro or no recoil is possible; in some cases u can have luck but, usually when they ban it happen cos they recive lots of reports from different people, and unban them cos the player ask for proofs vs him, as u do here Lega, the cheaters uses your same strategies, ask for proofs and those with trained eye don't need proofs to ban the obvious.

I repeat, even the worst killer on the world can be freed from jail with a good lawyer, even a troll/multiaccount here on steam can use the rules aganist good people.

"All is possibile" this is the truth, but 2 or more casualties do a proof and this is all i can say.

Never happen to me, yesterday i do 3/4 chicken dinner, today 2/4 chicken dinner, and today was a good day, i kill 14+ people each match, no bans landed on me, pheraps cos i don't use a 6x scope on a auto-rifle as a noob cheater.

Dude, I'm not the best shooter compared to Danucd or Wacky but I do use a 6 times on my weapon too. Just scope it out and it's only a 3 times.

But my numbers and my kills talk clearly, as talk clearly my hate for cheaters. She use auto repeat click macro to spread shot, when u have that macro on mouse, when u trained to adjust the recoil, with a single click u can shot as an autoweapon, in that video you can see she use autofire macro. It's unfair, not all players have a mouse with macros or more than 2 buttons and a clikable wheel. Be unfair mean to use advantages others don't have, and that video is the proof she use an advantage. For example i don't have that advantage of a mouse with autoclick button, me vs she will be unfair.

The weapon wouldn't even matter in terms of the recoil, but it's fine.

It's auto fire with the highest recoil of all auto fire guns.
It's the most difficult to handle spray weapon and you still can't admit it?
