m24 actual damage

Just played with m24 and doesn't kill in head with helmet lvl 2.
In post-death screen enemy players helmet was broken after hit, but he still had about 10% HP.
How it is possible?
Doesn't m24 should 1-shot enemy with helmet lvl 2?

If you play solo, it won't be such a good idea but do what you like.
It's a high risk if you fight against others if you don't know which gun they have.

Btw, I usually play with kar98k. Recently I have reached 100th lvl mastery with it and wanted to make m24 100th level too and start to play with m24 about 2-3 weeks ago. This issue happends 3-4 times. And I don't remember such issue when I was with kar98k...

Well, but it does happen too maybe you were just unlucky there.

In my video above, you can see how it does happen with the Kar98.
Kar98 does more damage now so level 1 helmet isn't an issue there.

It's a one shot for sure and it could explain why you felt it didn't happen so often.

Yes, anyway with kar98k it happends not so often, I think I just will not play with m24 anymore and will take kar98k or mosin instead
