Hola, creo que por defecto se usa la tecla T, pero puedes configurarlo como quieras en el mapeo de teclas.

Global microphone can be enabled from audio settings menu but it will not work as you expect: you just talk to microphone and nearby people will hear you as if they were capturing audio. A proper vocal chat can happen only between squad members. The "T" key bind is just for shutting on and shutting off vocal chat.
