PUBG BLACK SCREENS MID GAME, NO SIGNAL, FORCED TO HARD RESET
Hello all,

at the beginning of this week my pubg started crashing mid game, black screens and volume cuts out and i have to force reset. it is extremely frustrating as i have tried all fixes, i even open a ticket with bluehole and sent them my nfo file to have them diagnose. it seems like maybe a hardware issue but every other game is fine on ultra settings, specs listed below. i recently got a new monitor and an ssd but like i said all other games better than ever before except pubg, any help is greatly appreciated.

windows 10 pro 64 bit
mobo: GA ab350m Gaming 3
AMD ryzen 5 2600,
16 gb ddr4 ram
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1080
144hz samsung monitor 1920 x 1080
PSU: corsair cx750m silver

Deactivate Windows game bar.

Windows button + i /gaming and deactivate game bar, recording and stuff.

Open your search bar of Windows and write, cmd and open it pls with rights of admin. Now writen sfc /scannow.

It's the repair tool of Windows for corrupt data.

For PUBG it self follow the steps below.

Uninstall/reinstall PUBG
Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions aren’t set correctly, or certain aspects of the game aren’t installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.

1 Uninstall PUBG

Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A windows will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete

2 Remove associated files

Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam

3 Reinstall PUBG

Good, it's important to share it with the devs so they knows about it and can fix it.

But its really crazy its only in live matches on a server, not lobby or something. first i think nvidia have a bug with unreal engine, but another games works fine how The Medium or i think BattleEye have a Bug, but DayZ and another Games works fine. So its a Game Problem and its a random problem while a live match. So i hope we dont need wait so long for a fix...its a problem since start/mid january
