Zombie mode needs improvements FAST

There is always one or two players hoarding all the gun powder so the rest of the players can't craft any good guns.

The players with good guns often rush into zombies and if you didn't get gun powder, you have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ gun and have to fight the zombies slowly. If they kill the zombies, they get to loot faster. If they get knocked out, they just disconnect. AND YOU CAN'T GET THEIR GUNS OR LOOT.
You have to finish the map with your bad beginning guns.

Why is it even a team mode when the teammates are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to each other?

Let us play solo or give everyone a chance to pick up gunpowder

the key is getting a perma-weapon unlock which is RNG for clear. once you get a good weapon you are set and never need to use the powder again. Probably as people get these they will realize it and leave resources for the team later on.
