THE worst update ever for PUBG - everything about it is wrong

Well I just did my "How do you like the update survey" ...should be called "How much do you hate this update"


This update is broken and screwed up in so many ways it's unbelievable and just shows how much Krafton is so badly managed, with concern about only profits.


Here is my list of things that are just so broken in this update - not just small things but big big broken crap

- the combination of the NA and SA servers is just going to kill the game in those continents. How does Krafton management seriously think people will play with 200+ ping, and being with random players who don't speak the same language???
(but of course, Krafton are just thinking of their margin and how to cut costs to make the investors happy)

- the game has so many NEW bugs and glitches in this update it is unbelievable that it got through R&D testing. Again, not minor things but big big bugs.

- the new chat and emote thing??? WTF is that??? Who gives a ♥♥♥♥ about that - that is what microphones and voice chat is for?
(oh sorry - I forgot - mobile is the only thing Krafton give a ♥♥♥♥ about now, so of course you need it)

- the new zombie or whatever the ♥♥♥♥ it is mode - again who gives a ♥♥♥♥?

- and again, nothing at all done to reduce hacking. It just keeps getting worse and worse, and nothing is done except pay off 33333 and the other paid shills in this group to say nothing is wrong, keep walking, it's all fine.


I love PUBG, have played for 6+ years and play everyday. ...or at least I did. this update is probably going to do it for me. ....just like all of the 50+ people I played with regularly over the last 5 years who now ALL no longer play.


RIP PUBG - it was good while it lasted, but got ruined by pure corporate greed.

People are reporting issues and making complaints because they enjoy the game and want it to succeed.

Can't you understand that's how the world works. People's feedback helps to form a better product or if the company chooses not to listen, they fail.

This update is complete crap. How do you ping an enemy now? Or how do you ping ammo or a scope for your teammates now? Who in the hell needs to pull up an emoji? I don’t always play with a headset and the radio used to be extremely useful but now it is completely and utterly useless!!!

PUBG takes the first small step into (MAYBE) getting back map selection in certain regions. it's an extremely small step, but a step indeed

Game are ok, it just the high ping after update which make the game unplayable now. Am going to give up this game if high ping issue is not fix. Been stop playing this game for days due to high ping.

It's called feedback. Get used to both positive and negative feedback. Negative feedback is often useful for improvement and innovation, positive feedback, not so much.

Complaints are a good thing if handled correctly

The OP's points were all bang on point.

Since this topic was posted, PUBG have reversed the NA/SA merge and said sorry for it. This only happened due to the negative feedback about it. If nobody complained or vented how unhappy they were with it you can bet it absolutely would not have changed. Too bad it will take to the end of December to change.
