Unfortunately its a reality of Krafton.
Are you an employee? Are you saying they lied?
We do have a rep here from Krafton and I would like to hear their official response as they said they would revert the NA servers to their original pre-merge state.
Sorry to hear that you've had a disturbed experience with a higher latency that you had before the server merge.
As from the Steam Forums it will be complicated to proceed with the necessary investigation, please reach out to https://support.pubg.com/ who will be able to understand the issue you are facing and address it accordingly.
Could you confirm or not that pubg re-instated the NA server, like they said they were going to do?
My ping seems better than before the patch, so I'm thinking yes, but not sure.
I would also like confirmation that they reinstated ALL NA servers.
I am still seeing between 80-95ms on the west coast of NA.
YOU'RE WELCOME ;)

We all know what they said they promised to do.
Many of us are not experiencing the ping times we had pre-merge. So therefore it appears that Krafton did not reinstate all of the NA servers that were operating pre-merge.
That's the issue.
I am still awaiting a response to my question...
Did Krafton reinstate all NA servers that were running pre-merge?
