Lobby pose weapon how do i change it?

Now i'm holding a pump shotgun and i haven't found a way to change it to something else.

This is driving me nuts. I was browsing weapon skins in my inventory one day and a message flashed on my screen saying it would show the highest equipped skin for the weapon. no big deal I thought.. I kept browsing - until I hit the shotgun. Now, my ONLY choice for lobby pose 6 guns are the shotgun and all it's skins. But I can't go back to MP5 or Kar98, etc... I'm stuck!!!! HELP ME MOJANG or VALVE or WHOEVER MADE THIS DUMB GAME!
