Best location to find flare gun?

Literally, I didn't find it this season and I'm afraid that I won't. I have one mission where I need to shot a flare gun.

Any good locations to find it or it spawns completely randomly?

I've found it only twice and that was around a months playing. One was on Sanhok, on the edge of one of the larger buildings just next to a large village. I found it inside. The next one I found was the first map, near with that large city right next to a large crops field. This was at a house across the bridge away from this city, theres a gas tank station next to the bridge. So if you cross the bridge from there, to the right is this building, off the road. I think its purely random really. Hope you find one.

I am afraid it spawns completely randomly. It has never been easy to be found, though. I think I found a flaregun about 20-30 times since I started playing PUBG (Dec. 2020).

That's a lot of times, I only found it like 3 times and once in dead body in 400+ hours. And with random spawn I don't know.. Im landing same locations like 70% of the time and no luck

Whilst we are in argument, when you use flare gun, just remember that you will call special weapon drop if you are inside safe zone; conversely, you will call BRDM vehicle drop if you are outside safe zone. This info should be useful for you accordingly to what kind of drop you want to call.
