someone cannot help you if al the info you give is what happened and not anything else, people need pc info , wifi ? or cable ? , as a techy , what you have just done makes any tech just go UGGGGG. you need to give more info.

Wait! Do not delete full folder because there are intro movies for Taego map and, if you delete, it means you might be starting before other players thus gaining an unfair advantage over them and possibly breaking TOS. You might just need to delete LoadingScreen and LicenseScreen mp4 files only.

i install windows 10 and the problem solve.
