Выбора карт нет потому,что в рашке и европе мало онлайна. Включи впн на азию там 500к онлайна и будет тебе выбор карт.
You don't need to wait for the circles, just drive around and look for fights if you don't like to wait.
It seems you don't know the history of the game so let me explain where most of the players of PUBG play.

Those stats are from Spring/mid 2020 collected through the API of PUBG.
It shows, 80% of all players only play in two regions.
AS / KAKAO and both are located in South Korea.
KAKAO is a standalone launcher and AS is Steam based.
KAKAO doesn't get tracked by Steam so the number of EU are more like 5-7% instead of 2,5 but it doesn't change the fact that most of the players don't play in western regions.
It may help to see why the devs needed to remove the option for most regions.
Btw, the 3 biggest regions still have it.
It wasn't made for South Korea only and in fact, EU/NA etc, had and probably have the biggest player base for shooters.
The EU is still fine, at least in FPP there is no problem to find a match.
TPP still works too but FPP has more players.
Same for ranked but in NA ranked is dead or almost dead.
NA is also has more players on Console than PC.
Not 100% sure but Console has a bigger role there for sure.
