PUBG x New Jeans - Lost Minji Skin??

So I have purchased a lot of the PUBG x New Jeans loot boxes. First I received the Minji skin inside of the lootbox and then a few days later i got Danielle in the box and bought Haerin with the New Jeans Currency.

I have loaded up the game and my Minji skin has been removed but I still have Danielle and Haerin. I saw that you can request a refund on the 3rd of July, if I do this will ALL of my skins be gone??? I PAID for boxes and got a skin and now one is removed. If they refund ALL my skins it is just another round of RNG to get the skins again....

What do i do here??

Depends, if you ask for a full refund, they'll clear your inventory, so the Newjeans skin. If you ask for a G-Coin 50% refund, you'll get back half of the coins you used and you'll keep every skins.

This company ripped me off too. They don't care as long as they got your lootbox money.
