Games don't run perfectly. Even games you think have no frame drops, no hiccups, no stutters, are not running perfectly. Its the nature of PC gaming.

Could be a million different things. You could be listening to music on a god awful shady music player thats causing issues, how would we know?

if my “music player” was bad, I wouldn’t write here at all, the game may be crooked, but perhaps there are some options to IMPROVE the 0.01% drops in the game, or by some kind of AMD BIOS setting, but you’re writing to me absolute nonsense about the fact that games are not “ideal” people are not ideal, what next? I'm writing in a topic in a specific game, and I asked for advice, there's nothing to say - please don't say it. Thank you.

Its most likely the game server but you can try a few settings to see if they help reduce your performance loss.

Try disabling fullscreen optimization

Open your PUBG installation folder in the Steam library, usually located in this path

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64

Right-click TslGame.exe and click Properties.
Switch to the compatibility tab, and uncheck the box for Disable fullscreen optimization.
Click apply and then Ok

You can also try to Enable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling

Click Start, then head to Settings > System.
From the left-hand menu, select Display.
Below Multiple Displays, click Graphics settings.
Turn on the toggle for Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. (you can also turn on Variable Refresh rate if it isn't on yet)

Also in that same Window you can set Graphics performance preference
Select Desktop App from the drop down menu then Click Browse.
Navigate once again to your PUBG folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64

Select / Click on TslGame.exe once its added select Options and select High Performance click on Save

Restart your computer.

Also update your Graphic drivers.

This may not be of any help at all but then again... I had a lot of problems playing this game awhile back, my problem turned out to be my monitor. I had a good monitor, I had it set right but the game stuttered. I hooked up another monitor for a different reason and the issues went completely away. So if you tried everything else and all failed, just happen to have a monitor setting somewhere give it a try.
