Report a translation problem
Open your search bar of Windows and write, cmd and open it pls with rights of admin.
Now write sfc /scannow.
It's the repair tool of Windows for corrupt data.
Verify the files of PUBG and try it again.
If you still have it after, google LatencyMon and download it from website you know.
Start LatencyMon and press the play button left in the corner and play some round until the problems appears. Now join back to LatencyMon and check for any abnormal latency.
If so, post me what driver/process caused it.

hi buddy thank you for this, it actually worked. Not sure which part as I did them both and rebooted but one of, or both fixed the issue.
