It's the repair tool of Windows for corrupt data.
For PUBG it self follow the steps below.
Uninstall/reinstall PUBG
Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions aren’t set correctly, or certain aspects of the game aren’t installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.
1 Uninstall PUBG
Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A windows will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
2 Remove associated files
Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame, WELLBIA, Battleeye
Navigate to Program C:\Program Files and look for the same folders and delete them
Navigate to Program Files\Common Files and delete the PUBG and UNCHEATER folder
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam
3 Reinstall PUBG
If you still have it, check the blue screen message and google it, come back after and tell what it was. You can post the code also, I check it myself.
Good luck!
Other options:
Reinstall Windows or set it back to a previous point if possible but these steps are very invasive and probably too much for many.
Google the error code, if you want more steps.
You're welcome!
