Blue Screen of Death: navagio.sys
Keep getting BSOD and it's because of Pubg's anticheat that can't handle new settings when I switched from 140 fps to 120 fps for more stable frames. Twice it force crashed my computer. So far I fixed it by setting 'Unlimited' frames to 120 fps in custom setting.
Can we not have the experimental anti-cheat because it's clearly not working, I get people banned every single day. And I know PUBG isn't using Battleye anti-cheat. Don't lie to me.

1. You keep getting bsod because something wrong with your PC. There is no way non driver related software like games could make your system bsod if something wrong with them,usually they do crash or not respond anymore. Just verify your hardware (ram,hard drive etc).
2. PUBG using battleye anti-cheat and it works,it just works against bad developed cheats which made on old assets/offsets/hooks etc. Cheat developers invent new injection methods faster than anti-cheat team could gather some data and come up with solution.

PUBG:
Update your graphic drivers. If it's up to date, you may need to change your settings here:
%appdata%, Local, TslGame, Saved, Config, WindowsNoEditor, and finally select GameUserSettings.ini --
GraphicsAPI=DX11
sg.ResolutionQuality=120.000000
LobbyFrameRateLimitType=Unlimited
InGameFrameRateLimitType=Unlimited
Save the settings. Then right click on the .ini file, properties, and check mark select attributes: Read-only.
Apply and select okay. If this doesn't work, you must reinstall your game by scratch. Including removing the files that was stored on your local folder. Clean install.

I've clean uninstalled the game a couple times and the TslGames file is no longer present there, what should I do?

open CMD as admin, and type
sfc /scannow
let it complete this, see the integrity of your windows files;
Don't restart yet,
Then run:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Then
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.

You also should be keeping your paging file controlled by you, and not the 16MB windows defaults;

type sysdm.cpl in the start menu,
go to advanced,
Performance,
Advanced again,
Virtual Memory - Change -
Set a custom size on your fastest drive ->
MIN 8192
Max 16894

Ensure this amount of Space is always available on your PC, and then restart your PC,

there's more you can do , but test this for now, and see if it bypasses the error

If it continues after this, you need to check all your 3rd party AV/Anti-anything software, to exclude, or Exception this game's Root install folder,
Also try to close as many background application you're not using,
