Mega Keyboard Lag since Windows 11

I just updated my PC from i7-6700K GTX1660Ti with Windows 8.1
to Ryzen 7800X3D GTX1660Ti with Windows 11

And now I have mega input lags in PUBG, means if I press W and shift to run it takes 1 to 2 seconds until I start running, if I stop pressing anything over some loot I stop 4 steps behind the loot.

Any idea what that could be?

I already installed newest graphic drivers, chipset drivers etc. and have 200 fps and no fps drops without stuttering like before on the i7-6700K (130 fps average but with fps drops to 20 fps).

Graphics looks way better and is fluent. Only thing is the keyboard(?) input lag.

It also feels as if in Windows is a keyboard input lag, often letters do not appear when typing like here in this forum.

So I guess it is a Windows issue?

Keyboard is an Cherry MX-Board 3.0 with USB-cable, no wireless.

Never mind. It were all the Win11 bloat privacy logging option that were activated. Win11 itself seem to be bloatware, lol.

Could you please share me details what exactly did you changed? I have the same problem for a long time and cannot get rid of it.

Thank you, I found it and did everything as told, but unfortunately issue is still present. I have no more idea what else could I do, tried a lot of things.

I found out that my keyboard lag was related to PCI-E card that were addiny me 2 additional usb slots. When I plugged my keyboard usb trasmitter directly into motherboard, it is gone.
